Return Policy

1. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

If an item had shrink wrap when it was shipped, it must be returned with the shrink wrap fully intact.

There can be no signs of additional use or wear, other than what was stated in the description.

Media items shipped with CDS OR DVDS must be included with the return. If these components were sealed when they were shipped, they must still be sealed upon return.

2. Items eligible for return must be mailed back to us within 7 days of receipt.

We use the Delivery Confirmation delivery date shown on the US Postal Service's web site as the first day of receipt. For international orders, you must contact us for a return authorization within 3 weeks of the day we shipped your item.

3. No Returns for used CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes unless they are defective.

Due to the fact that they are so easily copied, we only accept returns on NEW recorded media, provided the items returned are still sealed.

4. If the return is due to our error, we'll refund return shipping cost

If the item shipped has a discrepancy from our side we will pay for the return shipping, as well as refund the full purchase price and original shipping charge.

If the return is due to customer error the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. We will refund the cost of the item only, not the original shipping charge. Please note that there is a 20 % restocking fee. This includes Dropped classes, buyer failure to read the thoroughly the item condition description, wrong item ordered among other reasons.


6. Refunds Processing

Your original payment method will be credited once item is received in our store. We process returns within 7-14 business days and will notify you via e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued.
